In a never-ending pursuit of new games that would somehow destroy the overly repetitive elements, every month there are new titles that seem to earn the praise of acclaimed sites such as IGN or Metacritic. Sadly though, as much as 80% of the games that earn high rankings there are not really that good. Makes a person feel like the entire industry is slowly degrading itself and people are accepting that. But despair not, there are some titles that really end up tickling your imagination and giving you quite a laugh. With witty elements and a lengthy gameplay, Cthulhu saves the world is quite something. Seriously, that is the title of the reworked edition of Cthulhu saves the world. The game, right off the bat, brings tears to your eyes. It is an absolute jewel in the recent gaming industry even though it is based on highly outdated graphics. The game is fast paced and above all entertaining and provides you with an environment where you do not have to think of bugs or balance, instead you just go with the flow and enjoy your free time, and that’s what games should be all about, fun.
